As Owner and President, Luke Klotz is proud to have been a part of the Jackson Community all of his life. He began his career in the automotive Industry in 1983 as a mechanic; learning and training in his field until opening L&A Automotive & Towing in January of 1998. Over the years L&A Automotive & Towing has been the cornerstone in the Automotive Repair Industry servicing both individual and commercial fleets.
Luke has instilled in the Service Technician Team at L&A Automotive & Towing a level of excellence that is unmatched by other automotive repair shops. The Team is dedicated to providing top notch customer service and quality repairs. Ongoing training is a fabric of the culture at L&A and all service technicians are equipped with the industry’s state of the art technology and equipment. In 2011, Luke proudly added his son Zach Klotz onto the Team. Zach is a welcome addition adding passion, knowledge and excellent customer service skills to L&A Automotive.

L&A Automotive & Towing performs minor to major work including oil changes, tire rotation, new tire purchase and balance, air conditioning repair, brakes, shocks, steering and suspension, engines, transmissions, and electrical/computer issues. L&A has the capability to diagnose and repair all makes and models…foreign and domestic. Interim transportation (i.e. to and from work) is available as well as towing. They are a full service Vehicle Repair Facility. Offering convenient nighttime drop off, pick up and delivery along with towing.

In addition L&A is proud to service the business community as well. Fleet service accounts include, Michigan State Police, Fed Ex, Michigan State Prison, Comcast, Zimmer Marble, Applegate, Miller Tool, AVI Foods, Billy White Roofing and Unifirst Uniform Co, Fleet account service can include daily inspections, preventative maintenance checks, new tire replacement, all repairs, monthly invoicing, DOT, annual inspections etc.
